Recently, I started researching what nettle is really good for because I’ve always heard about it but wasn’t clear what makes it so special. It turns out that this wild plant has a pretty impressive nutritional profile, and the wellness community calls it the plant of eternal youth — no coincidence.
The first thing that surprised me is that it’s a prominent source of protein, as well as minerals like calcium and potassium. It also provides crucial vitamins: C, B1, and B3. Basically, it’s a natural multivitamin. But the interesting part goes beyond just nutrients.
The reason so many people ask

I've noticed that more and more people are talking about a fascinating phenomenon: those mirror hours where the clock digits repeat symmetrically. Whether it's 11:11, 19:19, or even 12:21, many believe it's not a coincidence but a message from the universe.
What's interesting is that there are two completely different ways to interpret this. On one hand, there's numerology, an ancient practice that establishes deep connections between numbers, living beings, and spiritual forces. Although it lacks scientific backing, it has a very strong cultural roots. Numerologist Laura Danae Barra describes

I just found out that tuning is much more complicated than I thought. It turns out that in the 90s, all of this exploded with Japanese sports cars, those Supras and Skylines that everyone wants to modify. But here in Argentina, the vehicle inspection (VTV) is a serious matter, you know?
The thing is, the VTV doesn't reject you just for having a modified car. What they check is that you meet safety, emissions, and basic functionality standards. That's where many car modifications end up being a problem. For example, if you cut the exhaust pipe to make it sound louder, you have to put the origin

I just reviewed the data published by CRE recently, and gas prices in Mexico vary quite a bit depending on where you live. Here in Mexico City and the State of Mexico, it costs around 19.12 pesos per kilogram, so it's not too bad compared to other places.
What's interesting is that there are states where gas prices are more affordable. I saw that Hidalgo has some of the lowest at 18.58 pesos per kilogram, and Guanajuato is also around 18.96. Morelos is also quite good at 18.74 pesos. On the other hand, states like Chiapas and Durango are a bit more expensive, around 19.70 pesos.
Honestly, gas

What a week in Florida, man. A lot of things happened at once: from a shooting in Miami-Dade to a guy driving 150 mph on I-95 fleeing from the police. The latter, a 24-year-old Colombian, ended up crashing in Boca Raton after a chase that looked like something out of a movie.
What caught my attention the most was the anti-immigration emergency fund that expires today. The governor has used it to fight illegal immigration, but the Cámara released a bill to restrict it. Budget negotiations are in full swing.
And well, the weather in Miami brings winds and some showers this morning, but by the af

Oh my God, Venezuela just won the Baseball Classic championship, not only taking home the trophy but also a big cash prize. I heard this time the prize money was much higher than before, with Venezuela as the champion receiving nearly $1.18 million in total, not including the additional $100,000 bonus for each player.
The craziest part is that the reason for such a large prize pool is because Netflix signed a broadcasting deal, which directly inflated the prize pool. Venezuela finally defeated the United States 3-2, with key hits from Maikel García and Wkyer Abreu, plus Bryce Harper's home run

I just reviewed the holiday calendar for Argentina in 2026, and there’s quite a bit of useful information if you want to plan your trips or time off. The Office of the Chief of Cabinet has already published all the official details.
What’s interesting is that they distinguish between national holidays (where you get double pay if you work) and non-working days (where the employer decides whether you work or not, and then you get paid normally). For 2026, they’ve added three bridge days specifically to promote tourism: March 23, July 10, and December 7. Pretty smart, honestly.
So, the holidays

I just saw that Atomos released the Ninja RAW 5.2", an HDMI monitor-recorder that looks quite comprehensive for its price. The interesting part is that it records ProRes RAW directly onto CFexpress, up to 6K30p, with a 1500-nit touchscreen that appears very bright.
It has all the preloaded ProRes codecs, HDMI 2.0 input/output with lock, and what caught my attention is the built-in camera control (ISO, shutter, aperture, white balance). Additionally, it supports USB-C PD and has quite useful monitoring tools, including EL Zone for false color.
From what I saw, it comes with a locking USB-C cabl

I just read that Checo finished tenth in the recent Cadillac preseason tests in Bahrain. He was almost 9 seconds behind Leclerc, but the interesting part is that the Mexican driver is calm about the development of the car. He says the car's balance feels good and that they improved quite a bit in each session.
What caught my attention was his comment about what’s coming: they knew it would be a tough start because it’s Cadillac’s first year in F1. Checo emphasized that the most important thing now is how quickly they can develop from here on. Basically, they are racing against McLaren and Red

I just saw a case that perfectly summarizes the dark side of NFT speculation. Justin Bieber recently invested $1.3 million in a Bored Ape, and today that same NFT is worth just $12,000. A brutal drop that’s painful just to think about.
The interesting part is that Bieber wasn’t alone in this. Celebrities like Snoop Dogg and Paris Hilton also jumped on the non-fungible token bandwagon, seeing them as a natural extension of their brands. At the time, it seemed smart, right? Everyone was talking about NFTs as the future of digital art and verified ownership on the blockchain.
But here’s what happ

Recently, I was reviewing how the dollar moves in the markets, and there’s something interesting happening that’s worth commenting on. The USD remains firm below that psychological level of 100 in the DXY, but what’s really driving everything is the geopolitical situation in the Middle East. Forex news these days is dominated by this.
What caught my attention is how traditional fundamentals have taken a backseat. Usually, traders react to employment data, inflation, central bank decisions. But when there’s geopolitical uncertainty, everything changes. People start prioritizing capital preserva

They just published something that probably changes everything we thought we knew about Banksy. Reuters conducted a major investigation with documents that had never been made public, and honestly, the details are quite convincing.
It all started when the journalists decided to review New York court records from 2000. They found police documents about someone who was detained for manipulating a billboard for Marc Jacobs on the roof of a building on Hudson Street during Fashion Week. The name listed in the records: Robin Gunningham. According to the papers, he spent several hours in custody, te

I just read an article about accounting methods, and I think it's important to share this because many entrepreneurs don't really know which one to choose.
Basically, there are two main ways to record your transactions: cash accounting and accrual basis. They seem similar but produce completely different results in your financial reports.
With cash accounting, it's very simple. You only record money when it actually enters or leaves your account. If you invoice a client in January but get paid in February, you record the income in February. It's ideal for small businesses or independent entrep

I just found out that the deadline for free license plate replacement in Jalisco has already passed, and honestly, it's a mess. If your license plate ended in 4, 5, 6, or 7, you should have completed the process before February 28th, but now it's April, so you have to pay the full 2,500 pesos. That really hurts.
What surprised me is that it's not just about changing the plate for the sake of changing it. It turns out that the old designs like Maguey, Minerva, and Gota are no longer legal according to federal regulations. Now, only the Collage type plates or the newer Cabañas plates with QR cod

I just discovered a very interesting historical story. Martha Debayle, a well-known host of Mexican radio and lifestyle media, actually has one of the most complex family backgrounds in Nicaraguan political history. Many people only know about her professional achievements, but few have delved into Martha Debayle’s blood ties to the Somoza family.
This story begins in the 1930s. Anastasio Somoza García was the founder of the Somoza dynasty in Nicaragua. He married Salvadora Debayle Sacasa, a woman from a family with French ancestry who was highly regarded in academic and economic circles. Salv

I just checked, and wow, the fines for expired licenses in Edomex are now on a whole different level. Recently, the fine for an expired license skyrocketed to $2,346 pesos if you have prior violations—nothing like what it used to be. All this due to the update of the UMA, which went from $113 to $117 pesos.
What surprises me is that it's not a flat fine for everyone. The penalty for an expired license now depends on your record: if you're clean, it's $1,876, but if you already have pending sanctions, it increases to $2,111 or even $2,346 pesos. Plus, your car gets impounded, so add the towin

I've been following Shiba Inu for a while, and I think something interesting might be about to happen. After months of consecutive declines since August, SHIB is finally showing some positive movement. By April, it’s clear that the token is no longer extending that seemingly endless negative streak.
What caught my attention is that on-chain data paints a different picture from the price. The number of addresses holding SHIB continues to grow, surpassing 1.55 million. More importantly, approximately 78% of holders have kept their positions for over a year, suggesting that most are not selling o

I just found out that Xiaomi released a Harry Potter tablet in China, and honestly, it blew my mind. This isn’t the first time they’ve done themed collaborations — they’ve made everything from Harry Potter phones to headphones and keyboards with a magical vibe. But this Redmi Pad 2 Pro they just announced looks pretty decent.
The interesting part is that it’s not just a regular skin. It features laser-engraved Hogwarts crest on the back, coordinated cases, an academic-style bag, and even a matching stylus. The screen is 12.1 inches with 2.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and quite bright (60

Recently, I saw Hayden Adams, the founder of Uniswap, publicly warn about a problem that is becoming increasingly sophisticated: fraudulent ads that imitate the platform. And honestly, this reflects something much bigger that is happening in the crypto space.
What’s happening is quite clever on the part of scammers. They are buying search engine ads to appear when people search for "Uniswap." The paid result looks so much like the real site that many users don’t even notice the difference. When they click and connect their wallet, the attackers simply drain the funds. Hayden Adams has pointed

I just found out that fines in Jalisco have increased quite a bit since February. If you're caught parked in a no-parking zone, it now costs between 1,173 and 2,932 pesos depending on the location and whether you have prior violations. Basically, the fine for parking in a prohibited area in Jalisco is calculated based on the UMA, which is 117.31 pesos, so the ranges are from 10 to 25 UMAs.
What’s good is that if you pay quickly, you get discounts. If you do so within the first 10 business days, they forgive 50%, not bad. If you miss those days but pay between days 11 and 20, you get a 25% disc
