On April 13, Ethereum spot ETF net inflows reached $9.4404 million, rising for three consecutive days. Among them, the BlackRock Staked ETH ETF had the largest net inflow, at $5.7776 million, bringing its historical total net inflows to $383 million. At the same time, Grayscale’s Ethereum mini trust ETF also performed well, with net inflows of $5.1508 million. Overall, Ethereum spot ETFs’ net assets were $12.98B.

Circle signed a memorandum of understanding with Dunamu, the South Korean CEX operator, to cooperate in advancing the stablecoin and digital asset sectors, jointly improving market participants’ information access capabilities, and promoting trust in and the healthy development of South Korea’s digital asset ecosystem.

Nasdaq has extended the effective time for the listing standard change for BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF and iShares Ethereum Trust ETF from the first quarter of 2026 to the third quarter, giving BlackRock more time to complete the conversion. The rule change was filed and became effective on March 31, 2026.

The bill bans earnings from idle stablecoins and calls for the development of interoperable technical standards, aiming to improve market transparency and safety. This marks an important step forward for South Korea’s digital asset regulation.
