Manju Madivalar (manju_madivalar1) shared a video of her grandmother conducting business on Instagram, and it has gone viral.
The video has already garnered over 21 lakh views. Despite not speaking Hindi, her grandmother successfully manages transactions using her wit and skills.
Manju wrote that she felt very happy and proud to see grandmother’s remarkable technique gain such attention.
In the viral video, a person asks,“You don’t know Hindi. But how did you tell them the price of vegetables?” The grandmother responds by showing a stone weighing 500 grams and a 20 rupee note, indicating that half a kilogram of okra costs 20 rupees.

Manju, who shared the viral video, revealed that her grandmother is a resident of Vajrabandi in Yelaburga taluk of Koppal district.
She often participates in the local Irakalgarh fair and sells vegetables with a smile, sometimes giving slightly more than the measured weight.
