Recently, I’ve tried various delicious vegetable juices, and there are quite a few options, so it’s hard to choose. Brands like Kagome, Ito En, and Kikkoman all have different products, with varying flavors and calorie counts.
Among what I’ve tried, I think Ito En’s Nutritional Fortified 1-Day Vegetables is the most well-balanced. It contains 7g of dietary fiber per serving, which can significantly supplement your daily vegetable fiber intake with just one glass. It has a smooth texture and almost no green, grassy taste. However, the calorie count is a bit high at 91 kcal, which is something to consider.
The runner-up is the same brand, Ito En’s 1-Day Vegetables. It’s even easier to drink, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. It also has 2.6g of dietary fiber, making it a tasty vegetable juice that’s easy to enjoy every day.
I also tried Kagome’s crushed vegetables, which has a thick, viscous texture. It’s ideal for those who want a strong sense of drinking vegetables. It’s rich in dietary fiber and contains few additives.
If you like berry flavors, Kagome’s smoothie series is a good choice. It’s on the sweeter side but lacks that grassy taste, making it easy to drink. Just be aware that the calorie and sugar content are quite high.
If you want to keep calories low, セブン&アイの野菜ジュース (Seven & I’s vegetable juice) might be the best option. It’s only 38 kcal per serving and contains no additives. However, because it tastes close to natural vegetables, it might be hard to continue if you’re not a vegetable fan.
Ultimately, choosing a delicious vegetable juice depends on what you prioritize. If you want to drink it every day, focus on ease of drinking; if health is your main concern, balance fiber and calories. Based on that, you can choose what suits you best.
