Just been reading about something that's honestly pretty wild. So apparently Trump voters are starting to get hit with the reality check they probably should've seen coming. You've got Rick Wilson out here talking about running into these MAGA guys at airports, and they're genuinely shocked about what's happening with gas prices and the economy.

Like, one guy paid $7 a gallon for aviation fuel for his plane. Two weeks before that it was $4.35. And Wilson's point is pretty straightforward - how did you not see this coming? These aren't people living in some bubble. They're out here paying the price.

What's getting interesting is watching the whole movement turn on itself. Remember those 'I did this' Biden stickers people were slapping on gas pumps everywhere? Turns out those same people are now making Trump versions. The irony is almost too much.

But here's where it gets darker. Wilson brings up farmers, manufacturers, young military recruits - all groups that lean MAGA. They're the ones actually living through the consequences. Families about to send their kids off to a war nobody can clearly explain, for reasons that don't make sense, all while the economy's in rough shape.

The whole thing feels like watching people finally confront a reality they didn't want to face. You can't really spin your way out of looking at your bank account or your gas pump receipt. Reality just hits different when it's your actual money disappearing. And yeah, the whole situation is pretty much a pile of poop nobody wants to deal with, but here we are.
