Hongrun Construction Co., Ltd. announced that its subsidiary, Anhui Tebu Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd., signed an《EPC General Contract for the 100MW Tea-Light Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in Gaolishan Village, Honglin Town, Xuancheng》with Xuancheng Wan Hong New Energy Co., Ltd. The contract signing price is RMB 350 million, and the construction period is 317 days. This transaction constitutes a related-party transaction, but it does not constitute a material asset restructuring, and it does not require approval from the relevant authorities.
