For SRD, use the contact details portal on their website - you'll need your ID and application ID, enter the new number, they send you an OTP to verify. For permanent grants, just call 0800 60 10 11 or visit your local office.

One thing everyone should know: there are fake SASSA websites out there trying to scam people. Always use the official portal and never share your details with unofficial links. If the online process is giving you trouble, just call or go to your nearest SASSA office - it's slower but safer.
