Share a free tip for getting Ctrip Gold Diamond ⬇️

Open the Ctrip app, search for the keyword “Mastercard,” and go to the membership-matching campaign page. If you hold different MasterCard tiers, you can redeem different membership levels.
- Platinum card: matches one quarter of Diamond membership
- Benefits include 1 time access to an airport lounge, 2 times high-speed rail lounge, etc. The Platinum card isn’t hard to get, so the “cost” isn’t that big
- World card: matches one year of Diamond membership
- The lounge benefits are the same as the Platinum card—just with 2x points acceleration, so it lasts a bit longer
- World Elite card: matches one year of Gold Diamond membership
- 2 airport lounge visits, 6 high-speed rail lounge visits, 4 executive lounge entries, unlimited hotel breakfasts, unlimited room upgrades and late checkouts, some airlines’ Gold cards, Haidilao’s black card, 2.5x points, etc.—so the “cost” is extremely high
But the problem is that MasterCard World Elite is very hard to get. The corresponding Visa Infinite, or UnionPay Diamond/Private Banking cards—without keeping about six or seven million, it basically won’t be doable.
Once we’re talking about this, we have to mention Ping An Bank’s “World Elite card,” which could arguably be called the most “watered-down” World Elite card in history.
According to cardholders’ experience, in most regions you can deposit 50k offline to open the card and it also supports number selection. There are even cases where you can open it with zero deposit directly, and you can waive one quarter of the management fee. If you don’t want to pay, just make sure to cancel the card when it’s due.
One more thing: Ctrip’s matching is for Mastercards issued in China, so overseas Mastercards like Blue Lion can’t be used.
This path is absolutely the best way to “get Ctrip membership for free”—save it and get it done 🚀
