🇮🇩 A Russian investor claims he was kidnapped in Bali and forced to hand over $5 million in crypto.

According to the report, Artem Ivanov was returning from work at a restaurant around 9:35 p.m., when a black vehicle blocked his way on Jalan Uluwatu.
Two masked individuals allegedly abducted him and took him to a two-story house where he was held captive for about 30 hours.
During the ordeal, the victim said he was beaten and hit in an attempt to force him to reveal the passwords to his crypto accounts.
The suspects reportedly seized his mobile phone and the keys to his villa, later entering the villa to retrieve another phone containing additional information about his crypto account.
The victim was ultimately left in the street around 4 a.m.
“We are still investigating this case. We will provide updates as the investigation progresses,” Bali police spokesperson Chief Commissioner Arias said.
