Today I reviewed Bitcoin's historical price trends.
Will Bitcoin follow these three potential trajectories in the future?
1 Bitcoin has a mid-term trading pattern. (Probability is moderate) If Bitcoin replicates the 4-year cycle pattern and mirrors the 2022 trajectory, then Bitcoin in 2026 would reach at least 48,000. This is the most conventional movement of the latest cycle. 2 There is also a pessimistic scenario. (Probability is moderate) A deep washout pattern where Bitcoin could potentially drop to 38,000 or even 28,000.
3 There is also an optimistic scenario. (Probability is moderate) If Bitcoin follows a wave structure, generally the wave structure should override everything. Bitcoin should follow an ABC pattern, so 2026 would be a year of significant volatility. If the Big Pie experiences major consolidation as preparation for the next bull market and setup for future rallies, then the Big Pie won't decline that deeply. The final low would be around 55,000-60,000, followed by major consolidation between 55,000-100,000. This is the most optimistic scenario.
Which trajectory Bitcoin will ultimately follow, let's wait and see.
