I noticed an interesting point — Elon Musk's net worth has already surpassed $845 billion. These are simply staggering numbers. Forbes confirms that he is the first person in history to break the $800 billion barrier. For comparison, that's more than the combined wealth of Пейдж, Brin, and Zuckerberg.

But here's the interesting part — most people think it's all from Tesla. In reality, Tesla is no longer the main source of income. Almost two-thirds of Musk's wealth now comes from SpaceX. And this figure has sharply increased after SpaceX acquired xAI. The combined company is valued at $1.25 trillion, with Musk owning approximately 43 percent. His stake is now worth over $530 billion.

Why is this important? Because SpaceX is not just about rockets. It involves government contracts, satellites, defense projects. Plus, xAI brings powerful AI models and full control over the X platform. Musk talks about building orbital data centers that will use satellites to deploy AI systems. It sounds ambitious, and yes, it could be a real gold mine.

Tesla even acknowledged in its proxy statement that the majority of Musk's wealth now comes from other business ventures. Additionally, he has a compensation package worth a trillion dollars if Tesla reaches a valuation of $2 trillion. The board of directors is clearly trying to keep his attention on the company, but it seems his focus has already shifted.

The plans for 2026 include an IPO of SpaceX. If that happens, it could give him access to even more capital. The question is whether public investors will want to invest in a company that combines military contracts, satellites, and expensive competition in AI with Google and OpenAI.

Now, about politics. Oxfam has released a report stating that at least five people could become trillionaires within the next decade. In 2024, billionaire wealth increased by $2 trillion, while the level of poverty remained almost at 1990 levels. Musk uses control over X to influence politics — helping to hide critical materials in India, suspending opposition accounts in Turkey. The more money he has, the more power he wields. He has already demonstrated this quite clearly. Oxfam believes governments should intervene and impose taxes on billionaires so that no single person has such influence over society.
