First is an overview of the trading board**

As usual, let’s take a look at the early-morning thoughts first. My prediction for the broader market is still quite accurate here. Originally, two days ago the broader market was weaker than expected, so yesterday the disagreement should have continued and moved down to find support—confirm support earlier, and launch the next round of attack earlier. But what happened? Yesterday the U.S. and Iran even issued some soothing news, which led stocks in the U.S. to surge. Even Nvidia rose five points. This is when AI hardware couldn’t sit still—it directly sent the broader market into a huge gap-up. So if you were the main force, and you were originally planning to hold and accumulate shares, but the rhythm got messed up and you gap-up massively instead—would you be chasing higher prices, or would you hold back and wait for a pullback to take? Add the pre-holiday effect: after April Fool’s Day comes Qingming Festival. So these early-morning thoughts predicting pullback actions would still play out; otherwise, without laying the foundation well, how could you dare build a tall skyscraper? Yesterday’s strong sectors had two areas: one was AI hardware, and the other was innovative drugs. Before the open, Huangmao said there’s major news to be announced, and international capital is all watching to see what “ivory” comes out of that mouth. Right away it set the tone: “The U.S. wins decisively.” Fine—let’s call it bragging; the market didn’t react much. Then it said: “The battle story against Langzi has basically completed its goal.” Okay—so is it supposed to be ending, and everyone thinks it’s all favorable news. In the end, it added: “In the next 2–4 weeks, there will be high-intensity strikes against Langzi.” This made capital unable to sit still—oil futures surged straight up, and U.S. stock index futures flipped from up to down. So with one sentence from Huangmao, it disrupted the market’s rhythm. The day before, when U.S. stocks had surged then pulled back, A-shares had adjustment demand. Then today, with this kind of move, many tech names were basically surrendering at the opening bid. But here’s the thing: it’s definitely “riding the slope to drive the donkey down.” Some brothers asked why this time A-shares aren’t the same—can’t they gap down and then climb higher? As mentioned earlier, the main force originally relies on pulling back to confirm support, and also uses that time to take shares at lower levels before lifting the move. Today, with news like this, if you’re the main force—would you smash it down with the trend, or forcibly raise your own cost? After you understand that, just be patient and wait for the dip. Every piece of news is the same. However, note that the index’s follow-through is still decent. It couldn’t beat them yesterday, but today it’s relatively resilient on the downside. Take a look at Korea/Japan and the Hong Kong market—A-shares, in a sense, are being gentle.

Next, let’s look at the sentiment environment. Yesterday wasn’t very friendly to carryover/continuation players. Besides the ones who stubbornly charged early into Tianjin Yaoye, most opportunities within the usual modes would show big “ugly faces” (failures). So today, pay attention to whether these are getting repaired. If there’s repair, it means the market still has tolerance; at least if you got it wrong, you can reduce losses. If they keep pressing people down and won’t let you leave, then continuation plays must be cautious. Yesterday’s “big ugly face” was Anhui Construction Engineering; today it did provide a high-open and reduced-loss move. For the one-word board that got “board exploding,” CItian?—actually, “Zhonggong International” did a back-flip and closed as a涨停. That suggests continuation isn’t extremely extreme, and there’s still some chance.

Four-to-five: Tianjin Yaoye. Today’s limit-up is a “through” (surpassing) move. The biggest order at the open was the number one; the past few days limit-ups for this stock were Hengdan. Logically, it’s due to industry-chain capital positioning. So when you saw that big order, it actually hinted you should cancel the order. Either you can’t buy, or if you did manage to buy, something would happen. Taking it to an extreme: you could say it’s eligible for “Three Dous” (three-board play), then for a small-cap like the “three-board group,” usually realization happens before seven boards. Tomorrow being a six-board limit-up would be the highest board before the holiday. If you’re smart, open low and see if someone can take over with turnover to push it up; if it stays one-word, it feels a bit dangerous.

Two-to-three: For this batch, the best environment would be Tianjin Yaoye blowing itself up today, then doing a smooth play into the highest three-board. The position is also not high. Tomorrow it would be easy to advance into the highest pre-holiday board. So if Tianjin Yaoye doesn’t let up, and you end up “boiling” into the mid-zone, it feels hard to withstand damage and you’re likely to get the blade. Tongda股份 and Xinzhonggang: at the open, both bids were quite eye-catching. One was “屠 Wenbin” on the龙虎榜 as the sole big presence, and it even gap-up massively. The other had a board at the end of yesterday, and today it opened and then made a five-second board. But within the sector there’s some dirty stuff. The Huadian Liaoning today is like the earlier Baichuan—downward, down, down, nonstop. It’s basically ruining the sector. For Xinghui Huancai: it benefited from the “Huangmao battle news” at the time. After all, it’s chemicals with price hikes. You should pay attention: if Tianjin Yaoye doesn’t do it, will it continue opening the “height” and challenge regulation?

One-to-two: The promotion rate is extremely, extremely low. Yesterday there were so many first boards, but today only two drug stocks are promoted. For Beida Yiyao, it ate the “benefit” of Chongyao Holding. The second-largest order at the open pushed it; Chongqing medicine promotion gave it room. Logically, if you can’t buy Tianjin Yaoye, then this would be the best solution at the open bids. For Yibai Pharmaceutical, it follows and gets promoted after. But it still feels like the probability of it being “running support for Beida” is higher. Here you need to pay attention to whether Tianjin Yaoye is being separated. If Tianjin Yaoye doesn’t let up, then even if they promote tomorrow, it’ll still feel miserable.

Finally, look at today’s trading ideas. Here I summarized it: from now on, when the broader market gaps up massively and rallies broadly like that, be cautious about continuation. Continuation modes are prone to fail. It feels like when the broader market is strong, continuation is harder to do. So here, we put “the broader market gap-up massively” into the discipline for future trades—try to do fewer continuation plays. The broader market here filled the gap, but volume still couldn’t be released. So it’s warning that you need to be careful about the pullback risk. Today, this dip due to overseas markets selling off isn’t a bad thing. As long as you listen to the advice and keep your hands and control your position sizes, then you should actually be happy when the broad market falls today.

Tianjin Yaoye signaled this: if it truly gaps out with a huge single one-word, the impact will be bigger than yesterday—because yesterday it was a weak “one-word then explode and get smashed” kind of close. Conversely, if it can’t open with a one-word at the open bid—then the power and aerospace that were hit by the selling yesterday will have opportunities to repeat and recover. But because at the open it had the biggest order, what you can see today is that the themes that were hit yesterday only have weak repairs. None has strong repair. That’s an “enemy sector.” Only if you have confidence in your expectations of the board can you know what conditions require you to run first. Otherwise you’ll be at a loss, and eventually the “repair pattern” turns into losses.

Two-to-three batch: it indicates that you should watch Tongda shares and Xinzhonggang versus the remaining “live targets” in power. Last night there were favorable updates, and then Huangmao’s battle news plus oil and gas rising gives energy-line a chance—so at the open, both of these are considered strong. But here it feels like the funds seeking safety withdrew from power and went into innovative drugs, so it keeps manufacturing disagreement. Like those two Huadian stocks—they’re similar to the role Baichuan played earlier. Once the sector is about to rise, it keeps smashing and dragging behind, spoiling the move.

One-to-two overall themes were very scattered, so I said “use the one-word to guide you to look for opportunities.” If Tianjin Yaoye can’t be bought as a one-word, then Chongyao Holding has the second-largest order. So going for Beida Yiyao today is fine. However, because I remember Beida Yiyao had screwed me over before, I still took a cautious step here. Especially for the one-word bids in the opening—those are all drug stocks. But the strength of the open-for-drugs doesn’t feel high; many have a wave of realization. It’s getting close to Friday. Tianjin Yaoye is the highest board with expectations of disagreement. If the leader has disagreement, the subordinates may not have anyone to take over. So in the end I decided not to go for the back rows. I’d rather wait until Tianjin Yaoye is over and then see what new themes appear. Overall, just watch the early-morning thoughts carefully. Today you shouldn’t step into many traps. A “Buddhist mode” of resting is fine; after the holiday you can continue.

Next, look at the opening-auction information and trade guidance. Liangmianzi’s biggest order guided the drugs. Yesterday it was that one guiding the drugs, so the final buy point for Tianjin Yaoye was yesterday. Logically, under fermentation, buying overnight today is hard and if you buy you can easily get trapped. Fulin Yunye is a resumption with favorable news: Sichuan, low-altitude, tourism—yet there wasn’t much that could guide anything. After they withdrew orders, they still got smashed. Tianjin Yaoye’s order size isn’t small; when it opened, the buy limit-order was 2 billion. It hints that if there’s a huge one-word order, watch the risks. Weidi shares also bid to top a one-word. Dongbei Automotive Electronics. Minpu Guangci’s order at the open came out quite big; it hinted you should pay attention to whether orders might be withdrawn. And that’s what happened—orders were withdrawn later, still impacted by Huangmao’s message. So today tech is mainly adjusting; besides Changfei, which is a bonded/group trade, this open was also too strong early. Beixin Road and Bridge: yesterday it exploded the board but still topped out a one-word. Here it shows rebuilding guidance. 918 oil futures got lifted, corresponding to Huangmao saying they would fight another 2–4 weeks. This means during this 2–4 week period, you shouldn’t expect a negotiation. That’s when tech at the open drops off a cliff. 919 said the top three with big orders were all drugs. So what you should note is: drugs are one-sector dominant, and the impact on enemy sectors.

After looking at 920, I found that only drugs were topping out a one-word, so risk is being signaled. If you can understand the signal, then today you probably won’t take too big a position. There aren’t really many opportunities on the board. But when I checked yesterday’s drug back rows, the disagreement wasn’t small—many were green. So even though drugs are dominant, in a quant-driven行情 they won’t easily give you a climax. This is just like power earlier: there will always be a way for quant to find opportunities and manufacture disagreement. 925 signaled Shenjian opened red—good grief. At end of yesterday they maintained the bid with the auction, and today it opened red. That’s interesting. But since yesterday had a burst in volume, today you need to pay attention to whether it can strongly turn into a limit-up. If it does hit a limit-up, it should be “place and withdraw” based on sell-pressure, not a direct buy. Because on a new-high board, it’s very easy for quant to monetize it. In the opening-auction抢筹 for red: first is BoWei Storage, and Demingli also had a big gap-up. This is all due to the U.S. stock storage news from last night. But A-shares are still A-shares. When institutional stocks gap up, they just get sold. Compared to that, Changfei is truly strong. But note this: these are all mappings of the U.S. market. Storage keeps gapping up then distributing. Fiber optics can instead be held up high. So later watch whether fiber optics is the one that will get adjusted. For Dashengda: yesterday it had a trash board, but today it opened and even topped out over it. It was very eye-catching, but in this kind of environment, it can only be confirmed by a limit-up “place then withdraw.” This is a snake-path stock. Being too obvious is not good.

Xinzhonggang 秒板 at the open signaled arbitrage between Xinzhong bonds. Zhongli New Energy and Taishan also seconds at the open. Here, it’s definitely quant behavior. If you do it this way, these two stocks won’t easily die later because it trains the market into an “expectation of back-flip.” Innovation drugs opened under pressure from power; it took a path of disagreement. Power relies on the strength of oil and gas. Oil and gas means price hikes, so the chemical sector Xinghui Huancai opening up is prompting you to look at it. After all, today’s three-board is equivalent to a six-board on the main board—there is still breakthrough significance.

Finally, summarize the overall market today. Today is another day affected by Huangmao. Honestly, personally, I’m fairly happy with how the open is shaped. Yesterday even though the broad market gapped up and rallied broadly, it wasn’t friendly to continuation players. Plus the broad market already had adjustment demand. After being forced to influence it, the bombs were buried and people didn’t dare to step in. So today, borrowing Huangmao’s negative catalyst, dropping a bit is actually better—it returns to the original rhythm: go find support at the lows, and complete this action early. Then later, if a volume-expanded bullish rebound comes faster, it arrives faster. Overall, today’s volume shrank a lot. I predicted the open wouldn’t even reach 17 trillion, and then it was all kinds of selling and all kinds of rotation. Innovation drugs opened and had a wave of distribution. Then funds lifted power and lifted fiber optics. Later, innovation drugs on the board didn’t show strong strength and had a wave of fund rotation back. Menonv? cooperated with Changshan Pharmaceutical to hit a limit-up. But at that point, even though the Menonv limit-up sector didn’t explode with strong strength, after quant recognition it started smashing. During that time, fiber optics rose and Changfei hit the limit-up. But after Changfei hit limit-up, fiber communication didn’t get particularly strong—quant then sold it down. Overall it was like a fan/hurricane rotation行情: no volume, and the rotation is fast. So the earlier the climax, the more it isn’t good. For innovative drugs, if Menonv has limit-up, that’s the emotional peak for the sector. For fiber optics, if Changfei has limit-up, that’s the sector peak. Because the broad market lacks volume, it’s hard to strengthen afterward. Meanwhile, in a quant行情, quant smashes at where the climax occurs—no one is allowed to dominate for too long.

In the afternoon, the broad market had an acceleration sell-off. After breaking the 10-day line, the weights moved to support and pulled back. This pullback action certainly isn’t right—it extended the time for the decline. When it pulled back, if the broad market had a reversal expectation, you’d usually see a “simultaneous turn” board, but everything was hesitant, showing funds are still watching and observing. What’s interesting: during the afternoon pullback, the most proactive was Quzhou. It hit a second board. But then Quzhou’s board got “blown off the head,” and afterwards the turnover pulled up to Southeast?—both were Zhejiang funds. Are you playing it like that? So this also indicates something: funds were more inclined toward taking over with a “cut-off then back-flip” to keep a strong trend, and had less interest in the continuous limit-up (连板) side.

Replay and review of the limit-up streak行情

  1. First: Five-Board
Tianjin Yaoye—Tianjin—innovative drug—assisted reproduction. The equity is decent. It crossed over and got through. Today’s first board was a follow-up on a补涨 node.

  2. Two-to-three boards: Tianjin Yaoye not letting go means the position is mid-zone

  3. Tongda股份—Henan—power grid equipment—ultra-high-voltage cable—aircraft components—robot cable—ropes—equity is scattered and small. In the morning it had a lot of “show time” with Xinzhonggang.

  4. Xinzhonggang—Zhejiang—green power—energy storage—equity is excellent—includes bond structure. Yesterday’s end-of-day pull-up led to a high-open five seconds. Bond arbitrage is enough.

  5. Xinghui Huancai—Guangdong—plastics—chemical. Equity transfer—looks like a bit of a group hug. Actually the real highest reached was six boards.

  6. Two-board from three?

  7. Beida Yiyao—Chongqing—innovative drug—equity generally average. It ate the heavy-yao benefit. The limit-up order was very solid, but was the node not right?

  8. Yibai Pharmaceutical—Guizhou—innovative drug—equity is fragmented—small float.

  9. First boards
Tianjin Yaoye needs the xuyên越 node. It needs Tianjin Yaoye to keep raising the bar to increase expectations.

  10. Chongyao Holding—Chongqing—innovative drug—weight-loss drug. The order size isn’t as big as Tianjin Yaoye yet, so the guidance effect isn’t strong.

  11. Zhongli Group—Jiangsu—power grid equipment—fiber optics—lithium battery—high-speed rail—snake-path trading pattern.

  12. Heshun Petroleum—Hunan—gas stations—charging piles—chips—stimulated by Trump battle news.

  13. Huiyuan Communications—Sichuan—fiber optics—smart power grid—small float—equity is average.

  14. Beiken Energy—Xinjiang—oil services—natural gas—coal chemical industry—stimulated by Trump battle news. Result: it hit limit-up slower than Heshun.

  15. Xinneng Taishan—Shandong—power cables—fiber optics—seems to like following power, so Zhongli in the middle didn’t leak big; it leaked instead.

  16. Lanyan Holding—Shanxi—gas—coal—stimulated by Trump battle news.

  17. Haimai Technology—Jiangsu—fiber optics—copper cables—Huawei—equity is fragmented.

  18. Songyang Resources—Guangdong—paper making—Guangdong promotion Dong.

  19. Chuan Neng Power—Sichuan—lithium battery—wind power—green power—energy storage—phosphorus chemical industry—big backside, stable morale. But Leshan didn’t open with a one-word—this was a mistake.

  20. Compton—Shandong—hydrogen energy—lubricating oil—defense/military—equity is decent.

  21. Leshan Electric Power—Sichuan—electricity—news-stimulated. Result: it wasn’t a one-word board; the afternoon back-close was just a tool role.

  22. Sinogre? International—Beijing—infrastructure—reconstruction of Iran—yesterday it exploded the board; today it back-flipped. Rebuilding a back-flip suggests the “battle” might be disproved?

  23. China Oil Engineering—Xinjiang—oil services—midday stimulation news about building new Middle East oil pipelines.

  24. Hefei China—Shanghai—across-the-taiwan-strait—pharma—stable pharma core strength.

  25. Jimin Health—Zhejiang—pharma—Zhejiang pharma. Zhejiang’s main run-up. It might also be J-to-J.

  26. Datongnan—Zhejiang—high-end capacitor film—looks like it’s electrical synergy. Quzhou intentionally let it. And after it exploded the board, the back-close was even stronger—indicating shared main control.

  27. Shuanglu Pharmaceutical—Beijing—innovative drug—pulled the board near the close, assisting the pharma theme.

Highlights on key individual stocks

Anhui Construction Engineering. Yesterday it had components dragging it down. So today the strongest move is a red open directly back-flipping. It aligns well: yesterday power dragged it down, but power had news. Result: it opened green instead. Then the走势 followed Shenjian. So Shenjian’s pulse can’t hit limit-up. For a follower like it, that’s the “take profit then unsubscribe” point after a spike.

Tongda股份. Yesterday the龙虎榜 showed “Tu Zong” was the sole dominant presence. So the expectation was no premium. Result: at the open it directly gap-up massively. Xinzhonggang’s move yesterday afternoon that pulled the board also had a five-second high-open. Here people thought maybe the “Youzi” wants to build its own赚钱效应. But because the float is fragmented, once the stock hits a board you can only place-then-withdraw for confirmation. People who are too fast to get in should have sold earlier right before; they already went in.
