Coin World Network April 2 news, according to Asian International News (ANI), U.S. Army retired colonel and geopolitical risk adviser Douglas McGregor said that the condition of global trade routes is worsening, (the Strait of Hormuz) commercial shipping volume has fallen by 95%. In the past few days, there has indeed been some rebound, but it’s obvious that if you are not friendly toward Iran, if you are hostile to Iran, if you have any ties to the United States, then you won’t be able to pass through the strait. But besides that, Iran is clearly working to take care of other (friendly) countries’ needs for transit. The United States should do the same. In addition, McGregor also said that Trump has turned the global economy into a car speeding down a mountainside at 100 miles per hour, headed straight for a reinforced concrete wall. A cautious person would apply the brakes. But he’s pressing the gas pedal. What happens next will only be worse. He also questioned Trump’s claims about energy independence, saying it “fundamentally shows he doesn’t understand the global oil market.”
