I just reviewed the ANSES payment schedule for February 2026, and there are some details worth sharing. The payment date for retirees depends on the last digit of their ID number, so not everyone gets paid on the same day. Those receiving the minimum pension start to receive their payments from February 9, but those with benefits above the minimum will receive theirs starting February 23. The interesting part is that there are two Carnival holidays that fall on Monday and Tuesday that month, so they grouped some ID endings to avoid leaving those days without payments.

What many people don’t know is that in February there is an extraordinary bonus of $70,000 that is automatically credited along with the pension. For those receiving the minimum pension, PUAM, or non-contributory pensions, this adds up quite a bit. The updated amounts are around $359,254 for the minimum pension plus the bonus, and up to $2,417,441 for the maximum pension. So it’s helpful to know exactly when your payment date is based on your ID.

If you want to check when you will receive your payment in February 2026 or any other month, you can visit the ANSES website, enter your benefit number or CUIL, and it will tell you the exact place and date. It’s not complicated; you just need your Social Security Key. Some people still don’t know they can plan their payments in advance, so if you know retirees, pass along the info to check the calendar ahead of time.
