Wenzhou Medical Eye and Vision Hospital will transfer all core patents, proprietary technology, and related rights for its collaborative product titled "A Method Using SPAS-26021 to Treat Myopia," including 10 cooperative product patents, to the company. The transfer price is 71 million yuan, plus sales commissions after the cooperative products are launched.

People’s Finance and News, April 2—On April 2, Shaopai Aisi (603168) announced that the company, together with the Affiliated Eye Optometry Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University (hereinafter referred to as “Wenzhou Medical University Eye Optometry Hospital”) and Professor Zhou Xiangtian, signed a “Technology Transfer (Patent Rights) Agreement.” Under the agreement, the Wenzhou Medical University Eye Optometry Hospital will transfer to the company all core patents for 10 collaborative products, proprietary technologies related to the collaborative products, and related rights and interests, which it has under the name “A method for treating myopia using SPAS-26021.” The transfer price is RMB 71 million, as well as a sales royalty after the collaborative products are listed.
