Sichuan Jiuzhou: Net profit in 2025 down 7.86% year-on-year, plans to distribute 0.2 yuan per 10 shares

People’s Finance News, March 31—Sichuan Jiuzhou (000801) disclosed its annual report on March 31. In 2025, the company recorded operating revenue of RMB 4.112 billion, down 1.6% year over year; net profit attributable to the parent company was RMB 179 million, down 7.86% year over year; and basic earnings per share were RMB 0.1755. The company plans to pay a cash dividend of RMB 0.2 per 10 shares (including tax).

During the reporting period, 1. in the defense market, it successfully entered the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) platform market, securing batch orders for ground interrogation machines, while continuing to strengthen its advantages in airborne and ground equipment; in low-altitude application scenarios, it actively explored diversified application scenarios such as “low-altitude + testing/tourism and culture/logistics”; the in-cabin broadcasting and intercom subsystem achieved batch supply, successfully securing new major system R&D tasks, and at the same time the market for air traffic management (ATM) informationization products achieved a new breakthrough. 2. in microwave and RF, it continuously deepened cooperation relationships with key customers, and enabled key model projects such as Doppler radar, altitude indicator, and airborne satellite communications RF front-ends to take root, while also actively winning multiple R&D projects for key strategic customer model programs. 3. in the optical network terminal business, its business scale grew steadily; data-communications business shipments for the full year hit a record high; the in-vehicle electronics business achieved full-scale ramp-up; both shipment volume and scale increased by a multiple; and products including AR-HUD, VIU, smart displays, and in-vehicle head units achieved high-quality delivery.
