Lei Jun resigns as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Kingsoft Cloud

On the evening of March 25, Kingsoft Cloud announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that Lei Jun had resigned as a non-executive director due to other work arrangements, effective March 25. After Lei Jun’s resignation as a non-executive director, he also no longer serves as chairman, chairman of the board’s nomination committee, or a member of the board’s compensation committee. The board announced that Zhang Tao, the vice chairman, has been appointed as chairman and chairman of the nomination committee, and that Qu Heng has been appointed as a non-executive director, a member of the nomination committee, and a member of the compensation committee.
