Gelonghui March 31 | Poly Property issued an announcement. The board of directors has resolved to nominate Mr. Liu Ping and Mr. Liu Zhihui as candidates for non-executive directors of the fourth session of the board of directors, Ms. Wu Lanyu and Mr. Wang Yingnan as candidates for executive directors of the fourth session of the board of directors, and Mr. Wang Xiaojun, Ms. Tan Yan, and Mr. Zhang Liqing as candidates for independent non-executive directors of the fourth session of the board of directors.
