Tencent stated that at 09:10 today (April 2nd), they detected login anomalies affecting some domestic users. The team intervened immediately and handled the situation urgently. The issue was gradually resolved by 11:45, and services have now fully restored stability. Tencent expressed sincere apologies for this outage and will compensate all affected domestic users with 1,000 Credits. The credits will be issued within 2 business days.
