I noticed while looking at the powder foundation rankings that recent powder-based foundations have really evolved. They no longer feel powdery and are resistant to caking, which has become the norm.

It seems that the KOSÉ Synchro Fit Pact is ranked first, and it can prevent dryness and shine even after 8 hours of wear. When looking at the powder foundation rankings, the key point is definitely "not powdery." Shiseido's タンプードルエクラ and MAKE UP FOR EVER's HD Skin are also highly rated. Especially, a balanced formula that prevents T-zone shine while avoiding dryness on the cheeks seems to be in demand.

It's interesting that Chifure's UV Powder Foundation, priced at 715 yen, is also included. Its light coverage, non-powdery feel, and portability make it popular. The top-ranked products in the powder foundation list tend to offer some coverage for pores and blemishes while maintaining a natural finish. For those with dry skin, choosing the right primer appears to be especially important.
