𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁

Most traders look at Bitcoin's price.

𝗜 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Bitcoin does not move simply because a chart looks bullish or bearish. Large market movements are usually the result of a combination of liquidity, leverage, positioning, macro expectations, and investor psychology.

This is why a small change in sentiment can sometimes create a massive price movement.

When too many traders position in the same direction, the market becomes vulnerable.

If excessive leverage builds on the long side, a sudden decline can trigger liquidations.

If too many traders are short, a breakout can force short sellers to buy back their positions, creating a short squeeze.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲.

The headline tells you what people are talking about.

𝗟𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲.

For me, the next important question is not simply whether Bitcoin is bullish.

The real question is:

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲?

If Bitcoin breaks higher while short positioning is crowded, the resulting short squeeze could accelerate the move.

But if the market loses support while excessive leverage is sitting on the long side, the same mechanism can work in reverse.

That is why I do not believe every breakout deserves an immediate entry.

𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.

The strongest bullish setup, in my view, is:

𝗟𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘀 → 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 → 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗲𝘇𝗲𝗱 → 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 → 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁.

That would suggest the market is not simply moving because of speculation.

It would suggest that capital is actively repricing the asset.

On the other hand, if Bitcoin breaks a key support level, fails to reclaim it, and selling pressure increases, the bullish thesis becomes weaker.

𝗠𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

I remain cautiously bullish, but I want confirmation rather than excitement.

I would become significantly more confident in the bullish scenario if buyers demonstrate that they can absorb selling pressure and defend newly established support.

𝗠𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

If the market loses its key support structure and fails to reclaim it, I would consider the bullish thesis invalid until a new structure develops.

This is the difference between having a prediction and having a trading thesis.

A prediction says:

𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗼 𝘂𝗽.

A trading thesis says:

𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗴𝗼 𝘂𝗽 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔, 𝗕, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖 — 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝗫 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀, 𝗺𝘆 𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱.

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁.

Not with certainty.

With probabilities.

Not with emotion.

With evidence.
