$STRK Technical Analysis: Compression Near Support Could Trigger a Major Move

$STRK has spent months trading inside a falling wedge, with lower highs meeting a long-term support trendline. As price approaches the apex of the pattern, volatility is shrinking—a condition that often precedes a decisive breakout.

The broader trend remains bearish, but the current structure suggests sellers may be losing momentum. The next move from this zone could define the medium-term direction.

Technical Outlook

• Price is holding above long-term wedge support despite sustained selling pressure.
• The descending resistance trendline continues to cap every recovery attempt.
• Compression near the apex increases the probability of a high-volatility breakout in either direction.

Key Levels to Watch

Support: $0.0275–$0.0280

Resistance: $0.0310, followed by $0.0360

A confirmed daily close above the descending trendline would be the first indication that bullish momentum is returning, with room for an advance toward higher resistance levels. However, if support fails, the bearish structure would remain intact and could lead to another leg lower before demand returns.

The setup is approaching a decision point. Rather than anticipating the breakout, I'm waiting for price and volume to confirm the next trend.

Do you think STRK is ready to break out of this long-term wedge, or will sellers force one final breakdown before a reversal?

From a technical perspective, the chart looks good, but we still need to see how the funds flow—watch BTC’s mood. If the overall market is unstable, this wedge pattern could break downwards.

This wedge consolidation really is at the end; volume is shrinking significantly, but I’d rather wait for a breakout with increased volume before following, otherwise it’s easy to get fooled by a fake move.

From the daily chart, there are indeed signs of forming a bottom, but on the 4-hour timeframe it’s still in a declining channel—guessing won’t help; let’s wait until the close is above 0.031 and then we’ll talk.

It has been tested around 0.028 three times already; the support is getting weaker. If it dips again, it may not hold—be cautious.

I’ve been fooled by this kind of wedge several times—each time I thought it would go up, but it ended up dropping even worse. This time I’m choosing to wait and watch, and I’ll let you all go first.

This STRK price action is so exhausting—I’m almost shaken out of the position. I hope this time it can truly break through, otherwise I really have to cut my losses.
