BTC UPDATE:

Bitcoin is currently 3% ahead of its average July performance.

The interesting part?

July 2016 and July 2019 both saw $BTC ‌ gain around 20% for the month.

If Bitcoin follows a similar path this time, another 10% upside from here could take it toward the $70K level.

History doesn't repeat perfectly, but the setup is worth watching.

Every time I see this kind of historical comparison, I get a little tempted, but reason tells me I still need to look at the actual capital inflows and the macro environment. After all, things today are completely different from 2016 and 2019—the regulatory landscape and institutional participation have both changed. Whether it can surge to 70k is really hard to say.

The historical data looks pretty interesting, but whether we can replicate it depends on market sentiment.

If July can truly rise another 10% to 70k, then that’s definitely a small bull market, but keep in mind history won’t simply repeat itself—keep your mindset steady.
