✨️ Strategy is strengthening its war chest.

Michael Saylor has announced that Strategy has increased its U.S. dollar reserves by $450 million, giving the company significantly more financial flexibility.

A larger cash position can help Strategy fund operations, meet financial obligations, and capitalize on future opportunities without relying solely on immediate Bitcoin sales.

For investors, the move reinforces the company's focus on maintaining a strong balance sheet while continuing to execute its long-term Bitcoin strategy.

With additional liquidity on hand, the market will be watching closely to see how Strategy deploys its growing capital in the months ahead.

According to remarks by Goldman Sachs partner Mark Wilson on July 19, the US stock momentum factor has retreated 28% from its peak over 17 participation trading days, while the momentum factors for technology, media, and telecommunications fell 40% in the fastest and deepest selloff since records began. By region, the KOSPI is down 27% from its high, US AI beneficiary stocks have pulled back by about 25%, global memory chip stocks are down 36%, and European semiconductors have fallen 23%. Wilson attributes this round of selloff mainly to crowded positioning, concentrated leverage, and deleveraging, rather than a deterioration in the macro environment or weaker earnings; he noted that although share prices have continued to decline, there are still positive signals from TSMC and ASML. He believes that the forced liquidation process for the momentum factor is nearing exhaustion, but there is a lack of short-term catalysts to achieve an immediate reversal.
