I would like to request an official explanation regarding the reward payments for certified content creators.

I am a certified Gate content creator, and I consistently create original content while actively participating throughout the entire month. Despite fulfilling my responsibilities, I have not received the reward I expected under the program. In addition, I also participated in another campaign where I was promised a reward, but it was never paid.

I find it difficult to understand the reason behind these decisions. If I am meeting all the requirements and creating my own original content, why am I being denied the reward I have earned? It feels unfair that honest, certified creators are being placed at a disadvantage.
