🇻🇳 Vietnam Is About to Have Its First Licensed Crypto Exchange?

TCEX (Techcom Digital Asset Exchange) has just officially passed the preliminary round organized by the Ministry of Finance. This is a significant milestone, marking a clear transformation of Vietnam’s digital asset market – from an observational phase to a controlled testing environment (Sandbox).
The “strong contenders” leading the race:
• TCEX (Techcom): Is urgently completing the second-round documentation, focusing on significantly upgrading technology infrastructure and security systems.
• CAEX: Has early met all strict capital requirements as per regulations, gaining a competitive advantage in financial capacity for licensing.
• LPEX officially renamed to SCEX: Ready to launch a new brand identity campaign, ranked among the top 5 most promising exchanges.
The proactive compliance of major companies like TCEX, CAEX, and SCEX with the strict Sandbox standards demonstrates a strong shift in the Vietnamese crypto market: from a “self-driven” model to one operating “in compliance with the law.”
This not only opens up legitimate and transparent business opportunities but also helps the market quickly move out of the legal “gray area,” laying a solid foundation for sustainable development in the near future.
