Aave requests lifting the freeze order covering 30,000 ETH related to the Kelp hack

Aave has officially filed an emergency petition with the New York District Court to request the cancellation of the asset freeze order related to the Kelp DAO hack.

According to Aave’s argument, the prolonged freeze not only disrupts the process of returning assets to affected users, but also sets a dangerous precedent for the entire DeFi industry.
