Lately, I keep seeing various "data availability/ordering/finality" issues that scare people. In fact, you just need to focus on one main thread: Did that transaction you saw actually get "seen" by everyone, in what order was it inserted into the block, and will it ultimately be reversed? Basically, it's about "can it be verified, who decides first, does it count." On-chain large transfers and hot wallets of exchanges are often interpreted as smart money movements. I also click in to check, but I prefer to quickly confirm: the chain's confirmation logic, reorganization probability, and whether all full nodes can access the data. Over the long term, it's really not about talent, but about habit: every time I see a lively scene, I go through these three things first, to avoid being led astray by emotions.
