Just saw that Valero Energy got one of their crude units back online at the Port Arthur Texas refinery after that explosion in March. The AVU-147 is running again at 115,000 barrels a day, which is something. But they're still fixing the heater on the bigger AVU-146 unit (210,000 barrels daily capacity) - apparently found a damaged furnace tube during inspections after the fire. That one's gonna stay down until repairs are done. Interesting to watch how this affects supply, especially with Port Arthur being such a major refinery. Anyone tracking the impact on energy prices?
