How to do it?
1️⃣ Like holding in urine, gently lift the anus and perineum upward
2️⃣ Contract during inhalation (2-5 seconds), slowly relax during exhalation
3️⃣ 3 sets per day, 10-15 times per set, be careful not to do it while holding in urine
